Our pet visit service is ideal for pets who prefer familiar surroundings or who may not be suited to daycare or overnight hosting. We provide reliable, caring visits tailored to your pet’s routine, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.

Pet visits are offered as part of our family-run, boutique care model, with personalised attention and clear communication.

What Pet Visits Include

Each visit is tailored to your pet’s needs and may include:

• Feeding and fresh water

• Companionship and interaction

• Basic care and wellbeing checks

• Cleaning of food areas or litter trays (where applicable)

• Ensuring your pet is safe, settled and comfortable

Visits can be arranged as one-off or ongoing, subject to availability.

Visit Times

• Visit times are scheduled in advance and will fall within agreed time windows.

• While we do our best to accommodate preferred times, exact visit times cannot always be guaranteed.

• We will always ensure your pet’s essential needs are met during each visit.

Before Booking Pet Visits

To ensure safe and appropriate care:

• A mandatory meet and greet is required prior to any booking

• A completed and signed Pet Information Form is required before the meet and greet

• Clear instructions regarding feeding, access and routines must be provided

This ensures we can care for your pet confidently and safely.

Supervision & Responsibility

• Pet visits provide care during the scheduled visit only.

• Pets are not supervised outside of visit times.

• Owners acknowledge responsibility for their pet and property outside of scheduled visits.

Health & Emergencies

If your pet becomes unwell or injured during a visit:

• You will be contacted immediately

• Veterinary care will be sought if required

• Your nominated veterinarian or Ark Animal Hospital may be used

All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the pet owner.
