Before confirming any stays, we like to meet all new dogs and their owners in person.

Our Meet & Greet gives everyone the chance to get comfortable, ask questions, and make sure it’s the right fit for both you and your dog.

During this short visit, your dog can explore the space, meet us, and get familiar with the environment where they’ll be staying. It also allows us to learn about your dog’s personality, routines, and any special needs.

Because we have children and other dogs around, this step helps ensure that all dogs in our care are safe, social, and happy.

What we’ll cover during the Meet & Greet:

• introductions with you and your dog
• your dog’s temperament and routine
• feeding, sleeping, and exercise needs
• any medical or behavioural considerations
• answering any questions you may have

Meet & Greets are quick, relaxed, and an important part of how we provide safe and personalised care for every dog.

Once we’ve met, we can confirm your dog’s stay and organise the booking date
