Our daycare service is designed for dogs who enjoy companionship, gentle socialisation, and a relaxed day spent in a safe, home-based setting.

At Topend Pet Minders, daycare is not a high-volume facility. We care for a limited number of dogs at any one time, allowing us to provide personalised attention, calm supervision, and a low-stress experience.

What Daycare Looks Like With Us

Dogs attending daycare enjoy:

• Supervised free play in a secure outdoor enclosure

• Access to shaded areas and fresh water at all times

• Enrichment, toys, and rest periods

• Calm socialisation with carefully matched dogs

• A relaxed routine that prioritises wellbeing over constant stimulation

Larger dogs enjoy time in our secure outdoor play area, while smaller dogs may also spend time inside our family home, depending on suitability.

Daycare Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

To maintain a consistent routine and ensure safe transitions for all pets, daycare operates within set time windows.

Drop-Off:
7:00am – 9:00am

Pick-Up:
3:00pm – 5:30pm

• Pick-ups outside these hours must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

• Late pick-ups may incur an additional fee.

These time windows help keep the day calm and structured for all dogs in our care.

Supervision & Family-Based Care

Topend Pet Minders operates a family-based, home care model, not a commercial facility.

• Dogs are supervised for the majority of the day.

• There may be short periods where dogs are not under direct supervision, such as during school drop-off and pick-up times.

• During these periods, dogs are safely contained within secure areas of the property.

Group sizes are kept small, and dogs are carefully matched to minimise risk and stress.

Before Booking Daycare

To ensure the safety of all dogs, our family, and resident animals:

• A mandatory meet and greet is required prior to booking

• Dogs must be fully vaccinated (proof required)

• A completed Pet Information Form must be submitted and signed

Daycare places are limited and subject to suitability and availability.
